Beschreibung
Extremely spacious apartment boasting a superb sea view from its private balcony or through the floor to ceiling sliding doors from living area.
Set amongst a patchwork of green vineyards on the hillside just 500 metres from sandy Stalos beach, Rouladina Apartment 6 is one of a group of just 6 apartments in a quiet neighbourhood. Since they were first introduced to our program, the Rouladina Apartments have proved consistently popular and guests return year after year. They come back, not only for the location and comfort of the apartments, but for the warm welcome from the owners, Manolis and Dimitra. They have their own apartment and take care of the property and their guests with a perfect combination of discrete Canadian/Greek efficiency and genuine Cretan hospitality.
Location Stalos
Just a short stroll downhill from the apartments there is a choice of several tavernas, shops and mini markets. Opposite the apartments is a family run taverna which has been approved by several guests as well. The long sandy beach of Stalos runs for 7kms merging with Agia Marina and Platanias, which are more bustling in peak season vs the low key Stalos beach. There is a regular bus service to Chania on the main road in Stalos.

Empfangsbereich - Bibliothek und Gepäckaufbewahrung (für den An-/Abreisetag), Dusche, WC und Waschmaschine.
Hintere Terrasse - ruhiger ländlicher Blick auf die Weinberge, die sich den Hügel hinaufziehen, Sonnenliegen, Tisch und Stühle mit Sonnenschirm (diese Terrasse wird nur mit Nr. 5 geteilt).
Außerhalb Rouladina Wohnung 6 - zweite Etage Wohnung

Küche - Holzschränke, Elektroherd mit Kochplatten, Doppelspüle und Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach.
Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett - 1 Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank, Deckenventilator, Schiebefenster zum gemeinsamen Balkon auf der Rückseite.
Badezimmer - Badewanne mit Dusche, Handwaschbecken und WC.
Eine 3. Person kann auf dem Schlafsofa untergebracht werden.
Hauswirtschaft
Bei Ihrer Ankunft ist Ihr Apartment mit frischen Bade- und Handtüchern ausgestattet und alle Betten sind gemacht.
Bei einem Aufenthalt von 7 Nächten oder mehr werden die Handtücher alle 3 - 4 Tage gewechselt.
Bei einem Aufenthalt von 14 Nächten oder mehr wird die Bettwäsche alle 7 Tage gewechselt.
Pool-/Strandhandtücher - eines pro Person für die Dauer Ihres Aufenthalts.

Vor Ort gibt es Parkplätze für vier Autos und reichlich Parkplätze abseits der Straße.
