Es ist nicht nur der unvergleichliche Meerblick, der die Villa Anna Maria einzigartig macht, oder die Vielzahl an Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten, von denen aus man diese Aussicht genießen kann - es ist der kleine Privatweg, der Sie zu Ihrem eigenen Privatstrand führt, der mit Sonnenschirmen und Liegen ausgestattet ist und an dem das Schwimmen und Schnorcheln wirklich unvergleichlich ist. Im Inneren ist die Villa gut angelegt, elegant und wunderschön fertiggestellt, das Äußere stiehlt hier wirklich die Show. Es gibt einen Sandstrand, der nur 5 Autominuten entfernt ist.

Wenn Sie auswärts essen gehen, gibt es nur 5 Autominuten entfernt im Dorf Spartia Tavernen, wo es auch einen Minimarkt gibt, und oberhalb des Bogens des Sandstrandes unten an der Küste gibt es noch ein paar weitere Tavernen.
Für eine größere Auswahl ist es nicht viel mehr als 15 Minuten Fahrt nach Argostoli, wo man einen abendlichen Spaziergang auf der Promenade und rund um den Platz nicht verpassen sollte, bevor man eine Auswahl an Restaurants trifft.

Beautiful Villa & Sea Views

Villa Anna Maria has the most beautiful location on top of a cliff, overlooking the beautiful ocean and nature. The grounds are abundant with a very large garden, grass for the children to play in and beautiful pool which is very well maintained. There are steps down to the ocean which is a nice change to dipping into the pool. It is very quiet and secluded. There is a beach down the road which is also beautiful. The Freelance Team is very attentive and answered all of our questions within minutes of either textingon this site via messages. We also had an issue with the vent in the kitchen and it was replaced the very next morning. They are a very wonderful team that put us at ease during our stay as we knew we were very well looked after. They also send you a comprehensive guide to the island and surrounding areas that we used daily and enhanced our stay. Thank you to the Freelance Villas team and we would certainly book with them again.

This villa was amazing- with a pool and a path down to its own private access to the sea- we had the best of both worlds! Villa had everything thing we could want with regards to amenities. It is slightly away from any major amenities (which we also loved- So quiet and peaceful) so would advise hiring a car to get around. Can’t recommend this villa enough!

The villa was excellent, as was the service from freelance villas (eg when we managed to lock ourselves out they were there within 20 minutes). The pool is lovely and the cleanest I have ever had at a holiday house.
The villa was well equipped with everything we needed.

But the highlight for us was the location - being able to be snorkel with my kids off the rocks down the villa path every day was really special and made the holiday one we will remember

Just Magnificent!

Villa Anna Maria is located on the outskirt of Skala & about 15 minutes drive from Argostoli. The villa itself is beautiful, clean, spacious and enjoys magnificent views to a mountain & sea. and is close to Skala beach. Spartia beach is only 5-minute drive from the villa. We were welcomed with a nice little parcel of tasty koulourakia, a bottle of local wine and a bottle of still water. Thank you! Really appreciated! My young kids also loved playing in the pool especially on hot days. But the best part of staying in the villa is watching the sunrise from our balcony while enjoying our breakfast/ morning coffee. It's just magnificent!

The Best Villa We stayed in years!

The location and view is amazing: close to the sea to snorkel in your 'private' reef and a stunning view of the 1600m Maint Ainos and Pessada bay. We loved the very complete house, service and communication of the organisation (Diane). The little pitoresque village of Spartia is also very close and practical for a coffee, minimarkettaverna diner. The area is still very quite and special. We will come back, the best villa we stayed in years!

A Stunning Spot

The view and the garden were outstanding. It was a stunning spot exactly as seen in the photos sublime blue sky, sea and pool with the mountains as a backdrop. The villa was spotlessly clean and the pool was also tended to daily for us. The peace and serenity was beautiful and with the tiny village only a 5 minute car ride away. This was my first ever visit to Kefalonia and Villa Anna Maria was an absolute pleasure to stay in. My son is already planning to return to this villa with a group of friends. Diane was very friendly and helpful, even answering the phone at midnight to direct the taxi driver when we arrived. The info pack and the villa folder was very comprehensive, giving us all we needed to know.
