Description
The captivating and unrivalled panoramic sea views of Fiscardo bay and the fabled island of Ithika across the water, earmarks this beautifully finished Villa as unrivalled for utter relaxation and for those who desire no extra entertainment than a great view, the occasional cooling dip in a pool and a well-stocked fridge with something to put on the barbecue as sun goes down.
Whilst it is only a 10 min drive from Fiscardo somewhat less to the pretty little beach of Foki, the temptation will be to just stay in your lovely surroundings, checking the little flotillas of yachts in and out of the bay, watching the fishing boats haul in their catch, timing that the ferries are running on schedule and generally enjoying the peace of your surroundings and amazing view.
Location
There is a mini market (for stocking that fridge) and several tavernas less than 2 kms away and if you like your meals accompanied by the sound of the sea, then you’ll need to go just a little further and a 10 mins drive will take you to the extremely picturesque harbour at Fiskardo, full of little bobbing boats.
There are many small bays to discover close at hand and some beautiful postcard beaches in this northern tip of the island.

The photos/video on the Freelance website could never do justice to the spectacular views and position of the villa they truly take your breath away and they change depending upon the light and the time of day. Majestic! The villa is well-equipped asee more
The photos/video on the Freelance website could never do justice to the spectacular views and position of the villa they truly take your breath away and they change depending upon the light and the time of day. Majestic! The villa is well-equipped and the only danger is that you have to drag yourself away to do other things. We had sailed arounf Kefalonia the previous week, so had already visited places like Sami, Poros and Aghia Effimia so didn't feel compelled to spend a lot of time exploring, but we enjoyed a walk to Fiskardo for breakfast via Foki Beach and also visited Assos and its Venetian Castle and harbour, and the fish market in Argostoli (one of only two places where you can buy fresh fish). We liked the fact that there were a number of distinct separate areas in the outdoor spaces. Finally, thank you to Diane at Freelance for responding to our requests so promptly whilst we were there!

Easy booking process, excellent communication. The directions to the villa were spot on and easy to follow even for a first time driver in Greece like myself. We had a small problem with the electric in the villa due to overloading the fuse box and could not work out how to get TV on but the agent sent electricians to solve the problem within 20 minutes, could not ask for better than that. The cleaning lady who came in regularly did an excellent job, very thorough and nothing was too much trouble

Peace and tranquility. The sea view was magnificent. We had sunrise in the morning followed by moon rise in the evening. All we could hear were goat bells and birds while watching yatchs on the ocean. The Villa was perfect. Diane, from the freelance team, made it all very easy for us. We had an exceptionally lovely stay

We had the most fabulous stay here. The sea view is out of this world and you will never get bored of looking out at the yachts sailing by. The villa has everything you will need for your stay, the staff are really attentive and Diane was on hand if see more

The villa is in a fantastic location, really close to Fiscardo with lots of great places to eat, we also enjoyed a fabulous walk from the villa which is really well sign posted. We will be coming back again for certain. The team at freelance Villas were thorough and professional and all the information was accurate and useful, from directions to suggestions of restaurants. The only wee gripe about the holiday was that we struggled to eat good food out, and found the service incredibly slow and at times inept from the kefalonian restaurants. Absolutely nothing to do with the villa the freelance holidays team though, so I will be suggesting this to people for sure.. Thank you so much, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip.
