For larger groups, Villa Sou is quietly positioned in the glorious countryside between Pollensa and Alcudia, and offers the perfect blend of traditional Mallorcan charm and modern comfort and luxury. Breathtaking views, spacious accommodation and extensive outside space create a stunning backdrop for memorable holiday gatherings.

Providing six bedrooms, there is also flexibility as the house has 3 distinct ‘apartments’, if required, making it ideal for groups of friends or multi-generation holidays.

The private driveway leads to parking for up to 4 cars, from where the beautiful and versatile outside spaces open up. Star of the show is the magnificent sparkling swimming pool, surrounded by a large decked terrace and flanked by comfortable sunbeds and a four-poster sunbed, as well as outdoor sofas. The long covered dining terrace and the traditional walled courtyard are the perfect gathering places for long, lazy lunches, as they are equipped with BBQ facilities, wood-fired pizza oven and large dining seating, alongside table football and table tennis - all ready for friendly tournaments!

Step inside to the beautiful reception hall, simply and traditionally furnished with built in stairs rising to the upper floor. The living room has plentiful, comfortable seating, a Smart TV, as well as a quiet reading nook for tranquil moments!

The fully equipped fitted kitchen has everything needed for holiday catering, and the dining table is the perfect spot for breakfast and making plans for the day!

Two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located on the ground floor. Upstairs, the four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and two of these can be closed off together to create a separate ‘apartment’ that has its own access from the rear terrace.

The fabulous area of northern Mallorca is on the doorstep just waiting to be explored, and many start with the stunning Old Town Pollensa. Winding cobbled streets, vibrant markets, tempting boutiques and top notch tapas bars and restaurants are packed into the historic centre. The old walled town of Alcudia is UNESCO Sandy beaches at Puerto Pollensa, Alcudia and Cala San Vicenc are just a short distance away, also with plentiful cafes and restaurants to choose from.
