With an unbeatable position, just 10m from the sea, Villa Bini Sac enjoys glorious vistas out across the ocean and offers attractive accommodation for up to 8 people.
This villa is situated a mere 5 minute walk from the sandy beach and handful of restaurants at Binisifua, and a 5 minute drive from Binibeca. Just a couple of minutes further by car, the towns of Sant Lluis and Sant Climent provide additional shops, banks and pharmacy, and an added bonus is that the drive from the airport to the villa is around 15 minutes.
Outside at Villa Bini Sac the lovely lawned garden sweeps down to the rocks at the water’s edge. There are ladder steps built in to the rocks from which to swim in the crystal clear sea, although these are not recommended for young children. Position the sun loungers to perch on the edge of the garden and you will feel there is nothing between you and the Mediterranean waves.
Enjoy the breathtaking views throughout the day from sunrise to sunset from the sofas on the large shaded terrace, or linger over lunch at the outdoor dining table. The attractive curved canopied terrace ensures you can soak up the endlessly changing ocean vista. This could be one of the most perfect viewpoints in Menorca!
Inside, the villa is tasteful and individual in style, with nautical accents giving a nod to its marine location. All of the accommodation is on the ground floor level of the main villa and an annexe.
An open plan living space provides unusual built-in sofa seating adjacent to the traditional fireplace, and there is a TV (limited channels/news only) and DVD player for total relaxation when you need it. The fitted kitchen is adjacent, divided by a breakfast bar & stools. The kitchen is equipped with fridge-freezer, oven & hob and dishwasher, plus a washing machine.
In the main villa is a bright double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and sea views. There is a twin bedroom, also enjoying a sea view and a bedroom with bunk beds, which share a separate shower room. The pretty, blue-shuttered annexe houses another double bedroom with en-suite shower room.
There is a Security Deposit of 500 euros.
