Perched high up on the hillside, the views from the terrace and pool are unbeatable, and the sun deck, covered dining area and BBQ are perfect for spending long days soaking up the dazzling Croatian sun.

The beautifully designed open-plan ground floor provides a spacious, double-aspect living space with sliding glass doors to the poolside terrace. This leads to the dining and sleek kitchen, which is fully equipped for creating holiday feasts! The rear glass doors from the lounge open to an enclosed courtyard, having exterior steps to the sun terrace.

A superb King-size Master bedroom, with the en-suite having a walk in shower, is also on the ground floor, as is an additional toilet for guest’s convenience.

Head up the architectural stairs to the first floor where two luxurious Twin bedrooms share a bathroom, and a second living room to chill out in is equipped with TV & DVD. The bedrooms have their own private terraces, ideal for waking up with a morning coffee whilst gazing at the views.

A huge bonus at this villa is the separate guest house, which offers a self-contained holiday pad, complete with its own fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with kingsized bed, bathroom and two further terraces. Made for multi-generational summer holidays!

The garden and tall pine trees wrap around Villa Pine Heaven, giving the feeling of landing in a perfect holiday oasis, with restaurants, shops and pebble beaches right on the doorstep when you wish to venture out. Covered parking for up to 4 cars, and the large outside space, provides for independence and privacy.

Brac is a stunning, authentic and still relatively undiscovered island in Croatia's Dalmatian archipelago. Easy to get to via a short ferry hop from historic Split on the mainland (very much worth taking the time to visit), pretty cobbled harbour towns punctuate the string of glistening pebble beaches that are laced around the Brac coastline. Don’t miss the poster-beach of Zlatni Rat, meandering around Milna, Sumartin and Sutivan, or hiking in the rugged and wild interior.

A refundable Security Damage Deposit of 1000 Euros is required. This is taken upon arrival as a Credit Card Authorisation.
This will be released, upon the property being in good order, after check-out.
