Villa Assumpcio enjoys some spectacular mountain scenery as the backdrop to its setting in beautiful mature and lush gardens. This traditional stone villa is attractive and has a private position, although there are a handful of other villas along the same residential cul-de-sac location. Just 2kms away, all the charms of the authentic old town of Pollensa are waiting to be explored, with cobbled streets, boutiques, tapas bars and historic buildings.
Guests will enjoy relaxing and soaking up the sun on the lawn, terrace and in the fabulous 8 x 4m pool. After a refreshing dip, the spacious covered verandah provides welcome shade and the ideal spot for a long lunch as well as sheer relaxation. There is an outdoor kitchen, making this a pleasurable and sociable way to feed the family!
Traditionally built and welcoming, inside the villa boasts beamed ceilings, terracotta floors and authentic pieces and furnishings. The main living area is an open plan dining and sitting room, cosy with its large corner fireplace, comfy sofa and TV to one end. Centrally positioned is a large dining table & chairs with plenty of room for 8 people.
A spacious fitted kitchen leads off from here, and holiday catering is well serviced with plenty of equipment, as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and the outside kitchen & BBQ. Other equipment in the villa includes Wi-Fi internet and satellite TV.
Sleeping 8 people in 4 bedrooms, Villa Assumpcio is ideal for a family or group of friends. All bedrooms have air-con units. The ground floor houses a twin bedroom and a separate bathroom with shower. The three further bedrooms upstairs, two doubles and a twin, have bright furnishings and views to the garden and surrounding countryside. There is an adjacent shared bathroom with tub and shower. A third bathroom is also available, accessed externally - ideal for pool showers and useful for larger groups of guests.

With stunning mountain and rural views all around, this appealing Villa is set in an extensive garden of approximately 4,000 sq m (1 acre) of lawns, grassy banks, rockeries and palms. At its heart is a larger than average swimming pool with roman step entry and a small BBQ casita with a sink and worktops.
Notable for its space and extensive garden, this Villa is an excellent choice for large families or two smaller ones and particularly so for families with young children, as the pool and garden is gated from the very spacious terrace.
Location
Just a few meters from the first tee and 700m from the clubhouse of the Pollensa Golf Course, Villa Hosta should be on the shortlist for Golfers. Those who have never swung a club at a small ball, may have more interest in the clubhouse restaurant, open to all and with a good menu within walking distance.
