Just a few minutes to Cala San Vicente, and a choice of great beaches and restaurants. Or take the short drive south to the beautiful town of Pollensa and enjoy the maze of old streets and traditional tapas bars.

Newly renovated in a chic, modern style, incorporating all mod-cons such as intelligent lighting, Smart TV’s, good Wi-Fi provision, air-conditioning and atmospheric night lighting outside. There is even a fabulous, separate air-conditioned games & leisure annex, where fun can be had with the pool table, table football, gym equipment and a Smart TV, as well as table-tennis outside.

A gated private entrance gives way to plenty of parking, the impressive frontage of the old finca, and the beautiful gardens. The extensive outside space will be a favourite place to spend time, first and foremost soaking up the sun and enjoying a cooling dip in the fantastic 10m x 6m pool.

Plenty of comfortable sunbeds, drinks tables and a Balinese bed line up on the poolside terrace, giving every opportunity to relax in the sun. The large pool has Roman entry steps for easy access and the surrounding terrace is newly re-tiled. Instagram updates need not be neglected - the WiFi is strong throughout the property, including poolside!

The large pergola and covered terrace, accessed from the kitchen, offers a built-in BBQ, dining table & chairs and plenty more seating in the welcome shade. The enclosed, lush garden and jaw-dropping mountain view completes the “outdoor living” requirement. A WC and a laundry room are also to be found outside.

Capacious accommodation gives space for up to 12 people in the light & airy, modern interior. The living space flows perfectly through the ground floor, with a light and spacious dining area with large dining table and chairs for up to 12, and through the archway with stone columns to the comfortable seating and a large Smart TV in the living room. Both are air-conditioned.

Adjacent is the sleek and very well-equipped kitchen, separated by a large island breakfast bar & stools. Everything needed for a well-catered holiday can be found, including a large American style fridge-freezer, dishwasher, cooker & gas hob.

Lastly on the ground floor, via the spacious reception or reading area, there is a double (or twin, if requested) bedroom with air-con and fitted wardrobes, plus an en-suite bathroom.

There are 5 bedrooms on the first floor offering great flexibility. First is a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Along the corridor, two en-suite bedrooms are set to the right, one with a double bed whilst the other is possible as a double or twin. The left side houses a shower room, which is shared by the final two bedrooms - again, one is a versatile double or twin, whilst the other is a twin. All 6 bedrooms have air-conditioning and built-in wardrobes.
