Not even a 5 minute walk to the beautiful white sand and lapping Mediterranean waters at Binisafua beach, Villa Clara is a gleaming white modern villa offering comfortable accommodation for up to 8 people, complete with a fabulous private pool.
A small centre on the south east coast of Menorca, Binisafua has the essentials, including restaurants, as well as the appeal of its beach. Around 10 minutes by car are other south coast beaches such as Binibeca, Punta Prima and Alcuafar, and the same distance to San Lluis and Sant Climent both offering more amenities, supermarkets, banks, pharmacy.
The large outside space at Villa Clara, includes an expansive covered terrace wrapping around the villa, a large artificial lawn area and a beautiful pool set in a level terrace. Sunbeds line up here for sun-worshippers, or spend your days splashing around in the sparkling 9m x 4m swimming pool, which has roman entry steps.
Al fresco dining or relaxing are made easy with the table & chairs and comfortable seating area on the terrace. Sets of double doors give direct access out to the terrace from the living rooms, and the bedrooms too since the villa is all on one level.
Simple, tasteful decor and furnishings in the main living room make this a comfortable place to relax. There is a large dining table & chairs and two sofas to curl up on. There is air conditioning in all rooms at Villa Clara.
Leading off here is the spacious kitchen and utility room, and the villa is equipped with oven & hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a washing machine.
One of the four bedrooms is a twin with its own en-suite bathroom. A double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms make up the further three bedrooms. All are simply furnished and have patio doors straight onto the wraparound terrace. There are two separate bathrooms, one a shower room and the other a full bathroom.
