Description
Noto Beach Villa, known locally as Brezze Marina has a glorious sea front location, next to a golden crescent of sand, just 11kms from the beautiful baroque town of Noto. Inside this beautifully presented Villa are three bedrooms, three shower rooms and a spacious open plan living area opening onto the sea view terrace - an extended living area for both day and night. A pretty walled garden to one side makes a perfect area for sunbathing.
Location
The little resort of Calabernardo is home to a small choice of restaurant/pizzerias, one of which is no more than a short stroll across the sand from our Beach Villa. Others are strung along the seafront of the small resort which boasts a further long and wide beach at its northern end. It is a drive of just 3 kms to the livelier resort of Noto Lido, 6 kms to the pretty fishing harbour at Aviola, and is an excellent base for visiting the beaches of the Vendicari nature reserve, the fishing village of Marzamemi and the baroque towns of Noto, Syracuse, Palazzolo Acreide, Modica and Ragusa.

*Electricity, Air-Con & Heating - 200 kwh per week is included in the price (reasonable consumption). Usage above 200 kwh per week, will be payable locally at 0.40€/kwh
There is a Security Deposit of 300 Euros
Tourist Tax - 3 Euros pppn, for max 6 nts (excluding children up to 12 yrs)

Villa Noto is a lovely little spot in which to enjoy peace & quiet, where the only noise is the sound of crashing waves, coming from the small beach in front of the house...And it is perfectly situated to get to Noto, Ragusa, Syracuse etc...

To say the views enjoyed by Colle Verde are ‘incredible’ is understating quite how breathtaking the endless vistas across the patchwork of Sicilian countryside are from this spot.
Situated in the south-east of Sicily, not far from Noto, this luxury villa is an ideal base to visit the sparkling sea and inviting beaches just a few minutes drive away - try San Lorenzo, Vendicari or Santa Maria Focallo. Be sure to explore the baroque towns of the Noto Valley too, when you can tear yourselves away from the gorgeous pool, that is!
Colle Verde is a green oasis amidst traditional agricultural land, and this modern villa makes the most of its setting with extensive outside space encompassing the villa and affording panoramic views. The gardens are large and inviting and surround Colle Verde, with low-level dry stone walls encircling the sweeping lawns and the mature olive and carob trees that punctuate the neat grass.
The pristine pool with terrace is set across the garden from the villa itself and has a truly wonderful outlook. Full height glass doors open from the villa onto a large shaded terrace, which is perfect for al fresco dining and sociable evening drinks. With so much space you are spoilt for choice - pick a shady spot to enjoy an afternoon nap, or worship the sun on a poolside lounger.
Arranged over one level, Colle Verde is beautiful inside, being contemporary and chic without compromising on creature comforts. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet are available throughout the villa, and the whole feel of Colle Verde gives the holiday vibe as soon as you step inside.
The light and spacious living area has a generous sofa and easy chairs, and the benefit of panoramic views from the full height windows and doors. There is also a satellite TV (limited channels/news only) for those evenings that demand total relaxation. The dining area - again with those stunning views across the countryside - provides seating for 6 and leads onto the fitted kitchen, fully equipped with everything your party will need. There is a microwave, dishwasher & washing machine in addition to the usual oven & hob and fridge-freezer. Another bathroom is also available off this kitchen area.
The villa offers 3 restful and spacious bedrooms, one having a king sized bed, TV and en-suite bathroom. Two further double bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms.
