Set in a superb position close to Donnalucata, Mare del Sud has direct access from the gate and wooden walkway onto the fabulous golden sandy beach and lapping waves.
A beautifully appointed, modern villa Mare del Sud offers comfortable and spacious accommodation for up to 10 people. Just 3km from Donnalucata, a characterful fishing village with restaurants and amenities, makes it an ideal spot for family or friends to relax in the Sicilian sunshine.
Outside, the main attraction is the long seafront terrace with a magnificent view across the beach and sea. It is shaded, spacious and offers a choice of outside dining, chill-out seating or complete relaxation on sun loungers. To the rear of the villa is a second verandah and small garden equipped with a BBQ area.
Inside, the bright and spacious living area is tastefully furnished with comfortable sofas, dining table & chairs and TV. Lots of light floods in and there is a large glass door opening to the terrace, as well as a guest bathroom.
The eye-catching, architectural staircase rises from this room, whilst under the stairs opens through to the un-fussy and well-equipped kitchen. Here there is plenty of space and another dining table & chairs. There is another access out to the seaview terrace, and a second staircase that leads up to one of the bedrooms.
A total of 5 spacious double bedrooms have good hanging and storage space, as well as boasting en-suite bathrooms with large walk-in showers.
Within easy walking distance of some equipped beaches, as well as the sands literally on the doorstep, Mare del Sud is a great choice for combining a seaside holiday with sightseeing around the typical Baroque towns, such as Ragusa, Modica, Scicli, and Noto.
