Villa Mandola, Tzamarelata, Fiskardo
Finished in plaster of a sugary rose hue, the colour of the Kefalonian coated almond sweets after which this Villa is named, and framed by hand cut stone corners, this imposing square Villa holds prime position at the far end of a lane. From this vantage point, the views of green forested hillsides descending into the bluest of sea where white cliffs highlight the north coast of the Luxouri Peninsula, are totally arresting.
Within its walls, Villa Mandola is ideal for those who have a preference for large spaces, those who like to stretch out and feel unrestricted. Throughout, the well proportioned living space allows for more than elbowroom for twice times six.
Location
Located at the edge of the tiny village of Tzamarelata in northern Kefalonia, the picturesque harbour of Fiscardo is approx 10 minutes drive away. Closer, at 1.5km, is the village of Magganos, with two excellent mini markets and tavernas.
On the coast below the Villa, via a winding route, the tiny beach of Alikies is a delightful spot for sea bathing and although the tables at the taverna on the rocks just above the beach are often fully booked for 'the best' sunset views, this won’t worry the guests at Villa Mandola who have their own private, poolside sunset view table.

The villa is near lovely little village with tavernas and two shops. There is a beautiful tiny beach a windy drive away with a great cafe and restaurant. Very handy for Fiskardo.

We very much we enjoyed our holiday at Villa Mandola. The house was perfectly situated close to all the north shore beaches and just a 10 minute drive to to Fiscardo . We all loved the pool and was very impressed with how well appointed the house wassee more
