Occupying an enviable position right on the sea in Lido di Noto, Villa Stella Maris offers a sleek yet comfortable holiday home with some of the most incredible sea views to be found! The house is set on one level, with a stepped and terraced setting reaching down to the water’s edge.
These large and well-tended outside areas extend from the property right down to the rocky shoreline, and the villa is under 200m from the stunning beach of Lido di Noto, perfect for sun, sea and sand lovers.
Immediately adjacent to the villa, the spacious covered terraces for dining and relaxing, as well as a heated jacuzzi tub with a sea view, provide the perfect spots for sociable evenings enjoying the warm Sicilian sunset with a cool drink. Or soak up the sun on one of the loungers that make the most of the flat terraces jutting out towards the glistening sea beyond, almost giving a feeling of being afloat.
Inside the villa, an open plan living space with comfortable sofas and dining area is bright and well laid-out, leading to the fully fitted and equipped kitchen area, and having large glass doors to the beautiful dining terrace.
Up to 6 can be accommodated in the 3 restful double bedrooms. One of these has an en-suite shower room and is accessed from outside. One of the bedrooms inside the villa has an en-suite shower room, and the third bedroom and shower room are separate.
Everything that might be needed for a comfortable holiday is provided at Villa Stella Maris, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, 4 TV’s (limited channels/news only) , washing machine, private parking, and of course the heated hot tub.
