Villa Luce is a fabulous villa with a swimming pool surrounded by a lush, well-tended Mediterranean garden. This exclusive property enjoys breathtaking views towards Taormina’s bay and the sea.

Location
Villa Luce is well located on the outskirts of Letojanni, a renowned seaside resort a few kilometres from Taormina.
Just a few minutes drive away are the beaches of Letojanni, Mazzarò and Isola Bella. Catania and Syracuse and the villages on the slopes of Mount Etna, the Alcantara gorges and the fishing villages of the Cyclops Riviera can be also easily visited.

Double bedroom - 1 double bed, wardrobe. Panoramic sliding glass doors to sea view upper terrace. Accessed via spiral internal staircase or external staircase.

Housekeeping
Your Villa will be prepared for you on arrival with fresh bath and hand towels and beds will be made up.
Bed linen will be changed every 7 days and house towels also midweek. Pool towels weekly.

Electricity & Air-Con - included up to 350 kWh per week (reasonable consumption) - The extra consumption fee of € 0.40 per kWh is to be paid locally.
There is a Security Deposit of 500 Euros
Local Tourist Tax, cash on arrival - 1€ pppn, max 7 nts (excluding children up to 12 yrs). Applies 1/3 - 31/10
