A fresh, bright and uncluttered seaside Villa, a few steps from the fabulous sandy beach at San Lorenzo. The Villa is surrounded by terraces and sits in its own garden with a 5m x 3m swimming pool with a depth of 1.20m in addition to a rooftop jacuzzi, which can be heated, payable locally. The outside living area is particularly notable with furnished terraces, both covered and open and a gorgeous first floor furnished sea view sun terrace, complete with jacuzzi.
Location
Outside high season San Lorenzo is a relatively quiet resort fringed by a wonderful stretch of soft sand and crystal clear waters with areas of serviced lidos and free beach. In high season, the beach fills up midday and if you would prefer to escape the business at that time, then the nearby Vendicari nature reserve has a further choice of coves and sandy stretches.
There is a choice of restaurants and some shops in San Lorenzo itself and a short drive away the better known and picturesque Marzamemi has many more eating places.
It's only a short drive away from the most beautiful towns of south-eastern Sicily, such as Noto, Syracuse and the baroque towns of the Val di Noto.

Just a few hundred metres from the sparkling waters of San Lorenzo beach, a popular seaside location in the south-east of Sicily, the villa also offers a pristine garden complete with a 12m saltwater swimming pool.
