If being located right on the seafront appeals, then look no further than Cala Marina! This modern beachfront villa boasts direct access from the garden onto the sands of Scala Torregrotta, a small village near to Milazzo in the north east of Sicily.

In addition to the easy access to beach life, there is delightful outdoor space in the form of fabulous terraces, a beautiful garden with mature trees & palms, and a sunken jacuzzi pool, where guests can spend relaxing evenings taking in the fabulous setting of Cala Marina.

Entering the ground floor of the villa, the light and contemporary open-plan interior gives the ‘wow’ factor, with a stunning central fireplace and architectural floating staircase. There is a well-equipped kitchen and adjacent dining area, and several doors to the decked terrace outside. There is also the convenience of a WC downstairs.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, with sloping ceilings and a cosy feel. The double room has an air-conditioning unit and an en-suite, with the luxury touch of a hydro-jet shower. The remaining bedrooms, a single and a bunk-bedded room, share a shower room.

Modern comforts at Cala Marina include a washing machine, dishwasher, satellite TV, Wi-Fi & iPad docking station.

Many of Sicily’s beautiful attractions are within easy visiting distance, such as Mount Etna and the Aeolian islands, Taormina and Catania, Tindari and Cefalù.
