The large and beautifully maintained gardens of Villa Vicina are home to olive, almond, lemon, orange and bearberry trees, all providing welcome shade and giving a rural feel that belies the villa’s location in Milna. The herb-planted upper garden fills the air around the villa with heady scents.

Outdoors surrounding the villa offers a comfortable and luxurious space to truly relax and enjoy the Croatian sunshine. The wraparound terrace provides several seating and al fresco dining options, whether shaded from the heat or sun-worshipping on a poolside lounger. The outdoor kitchen area with a built-in BBQ/oven is under cover with an adjacent dining table & seating. From here, steps lead up to the separate area that thoughtfully houses children’s play equipment.

The immaculate swimming pool has atmospheric lighting for a magical evening swim, but by day offers a refreshing dip any time. Plenty of loungers flank the poolside and the adjoining terrace, and an outside shower offers convenience for day-long swimming.

From the terrace, choose one of the sets of double doors to step into the open-plan living space of Villa Vicina. Exposed stonework, wooden beams & flooring and warm colours immediately welcome you and the tasteful mix of antique and modern furniture, with contemporary features and comforts, gives a true feeling of a cosy home.

To one end, the sitting area has a large comfortable sofa, TV (limited channels/news only) & DVD player, and a feature fireplace. Central to the space is a large solid dining table with ample seating for 8, and the lovely farmhouse style fitted kitchen adjoins at this end, fully equipped with all you might need for your holiday catering.

On the first floor are two bedrooms, one being a double room and the other a twin bedded room. To the second floor is a large room which has a double bed and an additional single bed. This room opens out to a roof terrace which has breath-taking views of the stunning bay and Milna harbour.

NOTE: If required, in the sitting room is a sofa-bed, or in the second floor double room is also a single bed, suitable for children.

Milna is a fantastic location for a villa holiday in Croatia. Brac island offers some of the best food & drink, activities and sights of all the islands, and Milna is a gem of a location with quality restaurants serving fresh-caught seafood, cafes, shops and an authentic, unspoilt ambience. Boat trips to other islands and the Dalmatian coastline are easy from the port, or stay put and explore Brac and its many beaches and rugged interior. More active pursuits such as biking, kayaking, trekking, sailing and kitesurfing are all readily available on Brac.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A refundable Security Damage Deposit of 300 Euros is required. This is taken upon arrival as a Credit Card Authorisation.
This will be released, upon the property being in good order, after check-out.
