A recently built, single-level property, Villa Kika enjoys a glorious sunny spot in the south-east of Sicily. This beautiful property is designed to offer a modern and chic holiday home, whilst managing to sympathetically blend into its setting and surroundings.
The gated private driveway to the villa offers parking for several cars and leads around to the garden, pool and terrace, offering beautiful outside living space. The large rectangular pool, with Roman entry steps, takes pride of place in the huge rustic terraced area to the side of the villa. With an outside shower, shaded sunbeds and encircled by impressive landscaped banks and gardens, this will undoubtedly be the focal point of holidays at Villa Kika.
Wrapping around the villa is a shaded dining terrace, perfect for dining al fresco and enjoying a long lazy barbecue or a sumptuous banquet! There is a dedicated outside room with a BBQ and wood fired oven, and plenty of outside seating options mean that curling up with a book, or for a snooze, is all too easy.
The interior is light and bright, yet welcoming and cosy, with an effortless blend of the traditional and modern. A large living space, with marble-topped dining table to one area and comfortable seating and TV adjacent, has double doors to the terrace and leads around to the fully fitted and equipped kitchen.
A choice of two simply decorated double bedrooms and a twin room, the latter having an ensuite shower room. A further elegant shower room is shared. Villa Kika is comfortable and restful, the villa is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dishwasher.
Guests can enjoy the delights of this area, with Noto, Ispica and the Vendicari nature reserve not far away for restaurants, sightseeing and days out. Fabulous beaches will draw visitors to San Lorenzo, Santa Maria del Focallo and Portopalo di Capi Passero.
