Kaylu sleeps up to 12 and offers a luxurious 5 Star holiday retreat, having a multitude of private balconies, fabulous pool (can be heated!), a cinema room and a super outdoor kitchen with BBQ & dining area.

Between Plaka and Kokkino Chorio, with a selection of beaches, hidden coves and sleepy villages just a few minutes away, but if your bliss is relaxing at the villa, swimming, sunbathing and gazing at the beautiful panorama, Kaylu Villa cannot be bettered! An inviting infinity pool is positioned to the front of the terrace, giving the feeling of swimming out into the landscape. The design of the villa means that the bedrooms and living space also benefit from this gorgeous setting and the views.

Outside, linger on the sleek terrace and comfortable loungers that surround the pool, catch up with holiday reading, enjoy a relaxed lunch or seek shade on the verandah surrounding the villa. Evenings see the twinkling lights below creating a magical, picture-perfect vista, perfect to completely chill out and enjoy good company and long conversations.

The spacious, open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is chic and inviting, having a large comfortable sofa and flatscreen satellite TV, alongside the dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Huge sliding glass doors give direct access to the poolside terrace and afford superb views. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, with quality appliances and lots of storage, plus utility and laundry rooms off housing additional storage, large fridge-freezer, washing machine & dryer.

Kaylu Villa boasts flexibility with the configuration of its 5 bedrooms. All are luxurious & restful, and have access to a private or shared balcony or terrace. The main Kingsize room has an en-suite shower room and a free-standing bathtub with a panoramic view. 2 further rooms have en-suites and Kingsize beds, one of which can be converted to 2 single beds. The remaining 2 bedrooms share a large shower room, one having 2 double beds, the other a Kingsize that can again convert to singles. Fitted wardrobes, comfortable mattresses and gorgeous views are standard!

A bespoke cinema room for movie-nights or gaming nights - there is a 75inch flatscreen with Netflix & Amazon Prime as well as a PlayStation 4 - is a great bonus, especially for multi-generational groups. This room can also be utilised as a work or meeting space for those who need to take some work away, and is even equipped with a wireless printer. There are 2 double sofa-beds in this room, providing an additional bedroom if needed.

If this isn’t quite enough, there is table tennis and table football too! With air-conditioning and WiFi throughout, heated pool option on request (additional fee), underfloor heating & patio heaters, Kaylu Villa is comfortable throughout the season and provides an exceptional large villa holiday choice.

Located between Plaka and Kokkino Chorio, on a hill above beautiful beaches such as Almyrida and Katalas, the villa is in very easy reach of a choice of good tavernas, several mini-markets and other shops & amenities in the traditional villages of the area. Around 45 minutes drive from Chania and the airport, the villa is in a great location to explore Western Crete, but also to head south and east on this fascinating and diverse island.

A security damage deposit of 1000 Euros is required. This is held on Credit Card payment with the balance payment and will be returned approx. 1 week after departure.

Pool Heating- 100€ per day - please request if required.
