Enjoying a fabulous panoramic view above the coastline and across the entrance to Souda Bay, Milena Villa is perched on the hillside between Plaka and Kokkino Chorio with a selection of beaches, hidden coves and sleepy villages just a few minutes away. Sleeping up to 8, the villa offers a luxurious 5 Star holiday retreat, having private balconies, cinema room and fantastic outdoor BBQ kitchen & dining space.

The layout of the villa, and its multiple terraces, is designed to make the very most of the setting. An inviting infinity pool is positioned to the front of the terrace, giving the feeling of swimming out into the landscape. Lounge on the sleek terrace and comfortable loungers that surround the pool, catch up with holiday reading on the built in bench seating, or seek shade on the verandah surrounding the villa.

Spacious, open-plan living inside the villa is the ideal holiday home - a large comfortable sofa and flatscreen satellite TV, alongside the dining area, and both overlooking the terrace and superb views. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, with quality appliances and lots of storage. There is a double sofa-bed in the cinema room, comfortable and can accommodate 2 people.

Choose from 3 bedrooms, all are chic and simple, and have king size beds, en-suite shower rooms, hairdryers, fitted wardrobes and easy access to the swimming pool terrace. One has access to both private and shared balconies, another has a private balcony and the king size bed can be separated to twin beds.

Located between Plaka and Kokkino Chorio, on a hill above beautiful beaches such as Almyrida and Katalas, the villa is in very easy reach of a choice of good tavernas, several mini-markets and other shops & amenities in the traditional villages of the area. Around 40 minutes drive from Chania, the villa is in a great location to explore Western Crete, but also to head south and east on this fascinating and diverse island.

A security damage deposit of 1000 Euros is required. This is held on Credit Card payment with the balance payment and will be returned approx. 1 week after departure.
