Description
The delightful 2 bedroomed Villa Almendra Boi is a traditional single-story house, enjoying a lush setting and beautiful views to the towering mountains beyond. Just a few minutes drive around 2km away is the enticing Pollenca Old Town, offering plenty of authentic tapas, independent shops and historic buildings to explore. The beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia are also within easy reach at approx. 5.5km, making Almendra Boi an ideal base for a varied holiday.
Inside the gated driveway there is plenty of parking space, the main entrance to the house and the delightful garden & grounds that lead around the property. This outside space provides a lovely oasis to soak up the sunshine and peace, lounging beside the sparkling swimming pool, in between taking a dip in it. Privacy is offered by a row of mature cypress trees and with many citrus trees and palms in the large gardens, there is a feeling of relaxation & tranquillity.
The interior of Villa Almendra Boi has a Spanish feeling thanks to the exposed wood, traditional decor and authentic local pieces. The lounge & dining area are a split-level space proving comfortable seating and a large table for family dining. From here the wide patio doors lead onto the lovely shaded terrace.
In the kitchen, everything needed for holiday catering is provided, and a small breakfast bar & stools offer a sociable spot for breakfast or drinks with the chef! There is a separate utility room accessed from the rear door.
Two fresh bedrooms - a double and a twin - have views over the garden and pool, and share the separate bathroom, which is large and well appointed having a shower over the bathtub.
There is air-conditioning in both bedrooms. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00. Wi-Fi is included, a dishwasher and washing machine and satellite TV are included.
Tourist Tax is not included in the price, payable locally.
