Approached off a winding single track lane it is less than 2 kms to the Placa Major in the centre of Pollenca, with its wonderful Cathedral, colourful weekly market and diverse variety of restaurants. The beaches of Puerto Pollenca and Cala San Vicenc are a 15 minute drive away. two golf course are also within easy reach

Your Villa will be prepared for you on arrival with fresh bath and hand towels, beds will be made up.
For stays of 7 nights or more - house towels will be changed every 3 - 4 days.
For stays of 14 nights or more - bed linen is changed every 7 nights.

There is plenty of parking space for cars in the gated courtyard at the entrance to the property.
