This lovely old Finca in the heart of the Mallorquin countryside has recently undergone a total refurbishment. Hidden behind its thick stone walls is now a contemporary interior with modern kitchen fittings accommodated around some lovely original features and super smart bathrooms throughout. The modern fittings extend to a 65" screen Smart TV (limited channels/news only) in the first floor sitting area. The update has included the outdoor facilities with the lovely pool, enviable bbq casita and a den with pool table and table tennis. The pretty gardens are planted with palms, figs and flowering shrubs and there’s a well-kept lawn around the generous 11m x 5m mosaic tiled pool (depth 1.10 - 1.90) with roman step entry.
For the peace of mind of parents with small children, the pool is gated. There is table tennis on a covered terrace by the pool.

Set back from one of the small lanes that criss cross the fertile land between Pollenca and its port and beaches, El Creve is conveniently just 2 km from Pollensa and 4 km from the beaches.
Pollensa Golf Course is no more than 10 minutes drive away.

Parking - Parking for several cars

Approached via a very quiet, meandering country lane passing through the orange, lemon and almond groves of the Valle de Colonya, this spectacularly renovated farmhouse in the Pollensa hills is only 3 kms from Pollenca town.
The owner has carefully retained the original interior stone walls and wooden beams, whilst lighting and kitting it out with a certain panache to comfortably accommodate a large party and installing a 65” screen Smart TV (limited channels/news only) and football table for entertainment as well as adding custom made cycle storage.
This lovely old finca now sits in grounds which befit its interior style, including a BBQ casita, dining areas and a swimming pool with luxury sunbeds and a balinese day bed, all surrounded by the wooded lower slopes of the Tramuntana mountains.

Location
Just a short drive from cosmopolitan Pollensa with its beautiful plaza, many tapas bars, restaurants and shops, the Finca sits in a beautifully tranquil spot at the foothills of the Tramuntana Mountains and for those who enjoy walking, this is an ideal choice as you can walk directly onto the winding lane leading up to the mountains. The beaches and famous Pine Walk of Puerto Pollenca are a 15 mins drive away and Pollensa Golf course an easy 10 mins drive.
