This pretty villa has been recently refreshed with simple & tasteful interiors. Entering into the restful open-plan living area you will find comfortable sofas, a satellite TV (limited channels/news only) and large dining table & chairs. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with an oven & hob, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also Wi-Fi internet access throughout the villa.

The three spacious bedrooms, all neutrally decorated and having the benefit of air conditioning, offer one double and two twin rooms. There are two bathrooms - one a full bathroom, one shower room.

The outdoor space is the star of the show at Villa Plana. Cool, covered terraces wrap around the villa and cater for your different moods, be that simply taking in the rugged mountain views, atmospheric outside dining, or enjoying a good book and a snooze. Set in the lush green gardens, the gorgeous private pool is flanked by towering palm trees and plenty of sunbeds to while away the day on. Or if you feel more energetic, why not cook up a storm in the outside kitchen and enjoy a long al fresco lunch!

Lying in the tranquil and glorious countryside, just a short drive from the beautiful coastline, yet not far from Pollensa, this traditional Mallorcan farmhouse has a spectacular setting and combines the best of both worlds. With magnificent views in every direction, a lovely private pool and pretty gardens, you can relax and soak up the charm and character of Villa Punxa and its surroundings.

Swathes of colourful flowers line the pretty approach to the villa, and the track leads to ample parking to the fore of the property. The charm and character of Villa Punxa is immediately apparent, as the delightful rural setting and the stone-built villa greet you.

Inside, the welcoming beamed and tiled kitchen features a walk-in panty and is fitted with a dishwasher, oven & hob, fridge-freezer. In the corner is a feature fireplace, whilst the table and chairs provide for a casual breakfast spot.

The spacious living-dining room is tastefully furnished, with simple Mallorcan decor, ceramics and paintings, and a large dining table easily seating 6. Cosy sofas surround the fireplace and offer a comfortable place to kick back after a day exploring the surrounding area. Stairs lead up from the dining area to the first floor, where there are two twin bedrooms and one double. All three are simply and traditionally furnished and share a good sized full bathroom.

To the front of the villa, and also accessed directly from the living room, is an impressive large terrace with colonnade and vine pergola. This is a beautiful spot to sit and enjoy the surroundings. There is a further covered terrace, which provides a shady spot when needed, housing a built-in BBQ and wood burning oven, as well as another shower room that can easily be used direct from the pool.

The neatly kept lawn and the inviting pool sit amidst shady olive and lemon trees, and the gardens blend seamlessly into the surrounding countryside. A poolside lounger is the perfect place to enjoy the splendid setting of the mature trees and rugged mountainous backdrop to Villa Punxa. Despite this feeling of seclusion, the villa offers a Wi-Fi internet connection for guest’s use.
