The beautifully maintained La Roqueta could be the perfect choice if you are looking for the pleasure of walking to bars and restaurants in the cobbled streets of Old Town Pollensa, combined with a quiet setting, private pool and a short drive to the long sandy beaches of chic Puerto Pollensa. It offers a welcoming and comfortable holiday base for up to 6 guests.
La Roqueta is a spacious and airy house, blending uncluttered modernity with traditional features, like the feature staircase, and thick walls that help to keep the house cool. The living/dining area has comfortable seating, air-conditioning unit, a Smart TV and tiled staircase.
The separate, fitted kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for holiday catering, and opens to the covered BBQ area, with table & chairs and door onto the poolside terrace. There is also an external laundry room housing the washing machine.
On the ground floor are two of the three comfortable bedrooms. A double and a twin room, which share a full bath/shower room.
The third bedroom is located upstairs, and is a twin room with en suite bath/shower room. This bedroom also opens to a small terrace overlooking the garden and pool. All 3 bedrooms have air-conditioning units and fitted wardrobes.
A fantastic pool, with Roman entry steps, sits squarely in the outside area, allowing plenty of space for furnished terraces and sunloungers. The lawned area also provides a great space for children to play.
