Peaceful countryside, fruit & olive orchards and rugged hills surround the delightful Villa Mares, which occupies a private setting in this sought-after valley location. The popular Pollensa golf course is nearby, and the old town of Pollensa is around 5kms away, a fabulous place to visit.
Villa Mares is a fusion of modern and traditional elegance, reflecting the landscape that it sits in, with stone walls, wood and traditional tiles giving a timeless feel. A stunning 10m x 4m green-tiled pool has an infinity edge looking out to the landscape beyond, and the surrounding terrace is spacious and level.
Plenty of sunbeds provide the perfect lounging spot to soak up the hot sun, and when shade is needed, head the few steps over to the shaded terrace or covered outdoor kitchen. There is no shortage of seating, both relaxed and dining options, so the outdoor life is very simple.
When it is time to head inside, guests will find a cosy and comfortable lounge area with stove, soft sofas and TV. Large double doors give access from the inside dining space, furnished with large dining table & chairs, onto the outside terrace and poolside.
Leading off from here, guests will find a well-equipped fitted kitchen, including a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven & hob and a breakfast table. The kitchen also has double doors to the terrace, and there is a separate laundry room housing the washing machine.
Downstairs bedrooms consist of two clean and simple twin-bedded rooms, which share a separate smartly appointed shower room.
The first floor of Villa Mares boasts a large and strategically positioned corner terrace, boasting magnificent views across the rural valley setting. The calming double bedroom benefits from an en-suite full bathroom. The bedrooms are air conditioned, and the villa has a Wi-Fi internet connection available.

Lying in the tranquil and glorious countryside, just a short drive from the beautiful coastline, yet not far from Pollensa, this traditional Mallorcan farmhouse has a spectacular setting and combines the best of both worlds. With magnificent views in every direction, a lovely private pool and pretty gardens, you can relax and soak up the charm and character of Villa Punxa and its surroundings. Swathes of colourful flowers line the pretty approach to the villa, and the track leads to ample parking to the fore of the property. The charm and character of Villa Punxa is immediately apparent, as the delightful rural setting and the stone-built villa greet you. Inside, the welcoming beamed and tiled kitchen features a walk-in panty and is fitted with a dishwasher, oven & hob, fridge-freezer. In the corner is a feature fireplace, whilst the table and chairs provide for a casual breakfast spot. The spacious living-dining room is tastefully furnished, with simple Mallorcan decor, ceramics and paintings, and a large dining table easily seating 6. Cosy sofas surround the fireplace and offer a comfortable place to kick back after a day exploring the surrounding area.
