Villa Alegre, an idyllic 2 bedroomed villa in Pollensa’s lower La Font area, is set within a large mature garden, having a sparkling swimming pool, sleek deck and covered outdoor kitchen & dining area alongside. The flexible outdoor space caters for all the family - table football on the terrace, sun loungers surrounding the pool, BBQ and covered dining area, inviting lawn for games and lying in the sun, outdoor bathroom for speedy showering in between sunbathing and swimming….this is the perfect setting for days spent chilling out!
From the sunny terrace and through the large French doors, the spacious, contemporary and calm living space opens up inside the villa. Comfortable sofas and a large flatscreen TV, offer an evening entertainment zone, whilst the dining area has a convivial round table & chairs. The well-equipped kitchen also has a breakfast table seating 6 - a sociable breakfast spot, and the perfect place to plan the day ahead.
The 2 spacious bedrooms offer guests a double room, which also has a sofa and en-suite shower room, whilst the twin room is accessed off the living room and has pool views. There is also another shower room.
Whether a family holiday, a couples escape or travelling with friends, Villa Alegre has a fabulous location close to Pollensa, yet with the rural and private feel that makes it special.
Pollensa is filled with fantastically good tapas restaurants, independent shops & boutiques, winding, cobbled streets and historic buildings around every corner. Strolling around the town can become addictive, but be sure to venture further afield from the villa too, whether that is amongst the olive groves of the countryside, or following the pull of the sea to the beaches of Puerto de Pollenca or Cala San Vincenc.

A gated gravel drive will bring you to the parking area adjacent to Villa Moreno, and to the green, tropical-feeling garden with it’s palms, shrubs and bright flowers.
Entering the house you come to the welcoming open-plan living-dining-kitchen room, the heart of the villa. This traditionally Mallorcan styled living space offers spacious and sociable accommodation for your holiday party, featuring exposed wood, stone archway, terrazzo flooring and a decorative corner fireplace. There is an air-conditioning/heating unit in this living area, and free Wi-Fi internet is also provided at the house.
In the sitting area you will find comfortable sofas and a satellite TV (limited channels/news only). The large dining table & chairs adjoin the open-plan kitchen, which is fully equipped with oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, is separated by a breakfast bar with stools, ideal for social cooking.
Villa Moreno’s two bedrooms are both spacious and restful twins, each having fitted wardrobe and air-conditioning units. A full bathroom is shared by both bedrooms.
Stepping outside onto the beautiful covered terrace, you will find you also have the choice to BBQ outdoors on the built-in BBQ, with sink and seating area alongside. Having views across the private pool, pretty gardens and to the mountains beyond, this is quintessential villa life; al fresco dining and drinks as the sun goes down.
A dip in the sparkling 8 x 4m pool will surely be a daily ritual, and it is set in a very private and attractive garden, encompassing mature trees, colourful flowers, manicured lawns and terraces. There are poolside sunbeds for you to luxuriate on, whether in the sun or shade.

The delightful 2 bedroomed Villa Almendra Boi is a traditional single-story house, enjoying a lush setting and beautiful views to the towering mountains beyond. Just a few minutes drive around 2km away is the enticing Pollenca Old Town, offering plenty of authentic tapas, independent shops and historic buildings to explore. The beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia are also within easy reach at approx. 5.5km, making Almendra Boi an ideal base for a varied holiday.
Inside the gated driveway there is plenty of parking space, the main entrance to the house and the delightful garden & grounds that lead around the property. This outside space provides a lovely oasis to soak up the sunshine and peace, lounging beside the sparkling swimming pool, in between taking a dip in it. Privacy is offered by a row of mature cypress trees and with many citrus trees and palms in the large gardens, there is a feeling of relaxation & tranquillity.
The interior of Villa Almendra Boi has a Spanish feeling thanks to the exposed wood, traditional decor and authentic local pieces. The lounge & dining area are a split-level space proving comfortable seating and a large table for family dining. From here the wide patio doors lead onto the lovely shaded terrace.
In the kitchen, everything needed for holiday catering is provided, and a small breakfast bar & stools offer a sociable spot for breakfast or drinks with the chef! There is a separate utility room accessed from the rear door.
Two fresh bedrooms - a double and a twin - have views over the garden and pool, and share the separate bathroom, which is large and well appointed having a shower over the bathtub.
There is air-conditioning in both bedrooms. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00. Wi-Fi is included, a dishwasher and washing machine and satellite TV are included.
