Villa Ca'n Xeroni is situated in the prestigious "La Font" area between the historic town of old Pollenca and the steeply rising rocks of the Tramuntana Mountains. The sweeping bay of Puerto Pollenca and the sandy beaches of Cala San Vicenc are less than a 10 minute drive away.
