Just a short walk will bring you to the centre of Pollensa Old Town, with its delightful main square, quaint shops and authentic tapas restaurants. This lovely 3-bedroomed villa has an immaculate private pool set in a well-tended lawned garden, surrounded by mature hedges and with fabulous views to the towering mountains beyond. It really does offer the best of both worlds!
A highlight of Villa Llobiner are the spacious gardens and sparkling swimming pool set in a level terrace. This is sure to be a favourite spot for your party to relax and enjoy the Mallorcan sun, with more than enough space for all to swim, sunbathe or enjoy an evening dip with the atmospheric lighting. The local beaches are a short drive away if you feel the call of the sea!
The neat lawned area is a great place to picnic or for children to play, whilst the large pergola in front of the swimming pool gives a shaded area for the al fresco dining area and BBQ. The bonus is the backdrop of the spectacular scenery in all directions from here!
A private gated driveway offers ample parking adjacent to the exterior dining area and sweeping terrace. The swimming pool & garden are to the front and have a good level of privacy, Villa Llobiner itself is a semi-detached villa, back to back with the neighbouring house.
Inside, Villa Lobiner is furnished & decorated in a tasteful and authentic Mallorcan style, offering comfortable and spacious accommodation for 6 people. Traditional ceilings, exposed wood, tiled floors and interesting furniture give an individual feel.
The imposing entrance hall opens onto the open-plan living area, and houses the impressive staircase. The dining space has a large table & chairs that easily seats 6 people, through to a comfortable sofa and easy-chairs in the sitting area, and both enjoy views to the mountains in the distance. Light floods in through the full-length patio doors to 2 sides, which open onto the BBQ terrace and garden. A satellite TV and WiFi internet access are provided in the villa.
To the other side of the entrance hall is the spacious, well equipped kitchen, with a smaller breakfast table, unique wooden ceiling and plenty of storage and prep space. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine . Double doors take you out to the parking area, which lies adjacent to the gardens and terraces.
Heading up the beautiful staircase, the galleried landing takes you to 3 delightful bedrooms, all blessed with the same dramatic views over the gardens towards the mountains. The double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, whilst the two twin rooms share a separate bathroom.
All bedrooms have air conditioning/heating units. (In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.)
