Valeria is a charming villa in a great location just a little over 1 km from the historic town of Pollenca, with stunning views of the Puig de Maria and surrounding countryside.

The entrance hall has an open archway into the open plan living/dining area comfortably furnished with a deep sofa and chairs and dining table and chairs. The galley style kitchen has a good run of polished granite work space topping pine cabinets and there is a full gas cooker and fridge freezer. At this level is also the single bedroom and family bathroom. The master bedroom, where French doors give direct access to the lovely pool area for that early morning dip, has a nicely tiled shower room en suite.

On the first floor, the twin bedroom has low level windows peeping out from under the eaves to views across the valley and is particularly bright and airy.

Stunning views of the surrounding wooded hillsides and across to Pollenca itself from the surrounding terraces are complemented by a lovely 8.5m x 4m pool with corner steps for easy entry. And although it is only a little over a kilometre into Pollenca, with its myriad of eating places, it will make an appealing choice to spend the evenings on these terraces accompanied by a simple barbecue.

This villa has no WiFi provided, however phone signal is good.

Parents of small children please note that there is a drop of 77 cms from the wall surrounding the pool.

Villa Alegre, an idyllic 2 bedroomed villa in Pollensa’s lower La Font area, is set within a large mature garden, having a sparkling swimming pool, sleek deck and covered outdoor kitchen & dining area alongside. The flexible outdoor space caters for all the family - table football on the terrace, sun loungers surrounding the pool, BBQ and covered dining area, inviting lawn for games and lying in the sun, outdoor bathroom for speedy showering in between sunbathing and swimming….this is the perfect setting for days spent chilling out!

From the sunny terrace and through the large French doors, the spacious, contemporary and calm living space opens up inside the villa. Comfortable sofas and a large flatscreen TV, offer an evening entertainment zone, whilst the dining area has a convivial round table & chairs. The well-equipped kitchen also has a breakfast table seating 6 - a sociable breakfast spot, and the perfect place to plan the day ahead.

The 2 spacious bedrooms offer guests a double room, which also has a sofa and en-suite shower room, whilst the twin room is accessed off the living room and has pool views. There is also another shower room.

Whether a family holiday, a couples escape or travelling with friends, Villa Alegre has a fabulous location close to Pollensa, yet with the rural and private feel that makes it special.

Pollensa is filled with fantastically good tapas restaurants, independent shops & boutiques, winding, cobbled streets and historic buildings around every corner. Strolling around the town can become addictive, but be sure to venture further afield from the villa too, whether that is amongst the olive groves of the countryside, or following the pull of the sea to the beaches of Puerto de Pollenca or Cala San Vincenc.

NOTE: There is a piano in the living/dining, but it only has an ornamental purpose (its use is not allowed).
