Recently built in a traditional style, this well-designed villa provides all the ingredients needed for a memorable family holiday in this lovely area of northern Mallorca. Spacious and comfortably furnished inside, beautifully designed and maintained outside, there is plenty of space for 5 to spread out and make the most of the summer sunshine!
Sure to be a favourite element of holidays at Villa Yesero, the sparkling swimming pool has Roman-style entry steps and is a generous 8m x 4m. Enjoy a refreshing dip any time of day, and dry out with a snooze on one of the sun loungers. From the wide level terrace surrounding the pool, it is just a step up to the well-equipped outside kitchen and BBQ area to one side, and to the covered dining and seating area running along the side of the villa. Making the most of the surroundings & views, a roof terrace offers another alternative to enjoy a morning coffee or the evening sunset.
The simple single-storey villa offers a calm and welcoming interior. The open plan living space has a modern & sleek kitchen with a breakfast bar and integrated appliances, fully equipped with everything you might need for holiday catering. To the other end, a very comfortable sitting room area gives a cosy space to fully relax with satellite TV (limited channels/news only) & DVD player. Double doors open out from here to the dining terrace, garden & pool.
One bedroom is traditionally furnished with a double bed and view across the gardens & surrounding landscape. The en-suite bathroom has an enclosed shower.

Lying in the tranquil and glorious countryside, just a short drive from the beautiful coastline, yet not far from Pollensa, this traditional Mallorcan farmhouse has a spectacular setting and combines the best of both worlds. With magnificent views in every direction, a lovely private pool and pretty gardens, you can relax and soak up the charm and character of Villa Punxa and its surroundings. Swathes of colourful flowers line the pretty approach to the villa, and the track leads to ample parking to the fore of the property. The charm and character of Villa Punxa is immediately apparent, as the delightful rural setting and the stone-built villa greet you. Inside, the welcoming beamed and tiled kitchen features a walk-in panty and is fitted with a dishwasher, oven & hob, fridge-freezer. In the corner is a feature fireplace, whilst the table and chairs provide for a casual breakfast spot. The spacious living-dining room is tastefully furnished, with simple Mallorcan decor, ceramics and paintings, and a large dining table easily seating 6.
