Outside is a dream, with mature olive trees, herb planting and grassed areas, providing plenty of space for all guests to relax and enjoy the Spanish sun and scenery. An irregular shaped swimming pool, with a rocky backdrop for a scenic look, is lined with comfortable sun loungers and parasols on the large stone terrace. Comfortable seating and coffee tables give way to the covered outdoor kitchen space, with BBQ and more seating, and there are also covered verandah dining areas close to the house. The villa also boasts a ping pong table as well as table football and a pool table - great for friendly holiday tournaments!

Stepping inside, the open-plan ground floor of the villa has a traditional and yet sleekly modern look and feel. A modern white fitted kitchen, with large island, offers all the equipment needed and the adjacent dining table seats up to 10. Beyond is the living area, with large comfortable sofas and flatscreen TV. The staircase leads upstairs from this area.

One twin bedroom and bathroom can be found downstairs. Head upstairs to two bedrooms, each with their own furnished terrace, having incredible views across the gardens & pool and to the mountains beyond. Both of these bedrooms can be made up as double beds or twin beds. One has a separate shower room, the other has its own en-suite shower room.

In addition, just before the main villa is an annexe where a further double bedroom, shower room and laundry room are located. The layout and options for sleeping arrangements at Villa Bennassar make the villa an ideal choice for groups of friends or large families.

Perfectly located in Northern Mallorca, Villa Bennassar is around 5 minutes drive from the enchanting old town of Pollensa, the vibrant Port de Pollenca and the golden sandy cove of Cala San Vicenc.
