Boundless peace, tranquility and seclusion describes the beautiful Villa Dubrava, which is newly built in a traditional stone design. Surrounded by an olive grove and with incredible far-reaching views, the villa is rurally situated between the villages of Postira and Pucisca. Just under 5km from Villa Dubrava, shops, restaurants and cafes can be found in Pucisca. For anyone seeking a ‘real get away from it all’ holiday, the charming Villa Dubrava certainly offers that and more!
The rural road brings you to plenty of private parking at the villa, and leads you to the fabulous outside area of Villa Dubrava. There is so much space to stretch out and enjoy complete relaxation in the Croatian sun, you might find it hard to leave!
A stunning, sparklingly clear swimming pool, with ladder entry steps, takes pride of place in the large terrace. This is surrounded by a low wall and has lots of space for sun loungers to luxuriate on all day long. The shower on the pool terrace is convenient to shower off between refreshing dips and sun-worshipping.
Under the beautiful mature tree, a stone table provides a welcome shaded spot for alfresco drinks & dining. A covered terrace to the side of the villa, and the large stone-built BBQ outside, are also a great addition and make it easy to dine outside.
Inside at Villa Dubrava, the furnishings and decor in the open-plan living space are simple & tasteful with a welcoming feel. Centrally, a decorative brick-built fireplace is an eye-catching feature and one of the two dining tables is positioned alongside this, with the well equipped fitted kitchen also in this portion of the room. Everything needed has been incorporated, including a dishwasher, oven & hob, fridge-freezer & microwave.
To the other end, a second dining table & chairs means there is ample seating, whether for dining or a sociable family games evening. A comfortable corner sofa and TV (limited channels/news only) in the sitting area provide a cosy & snug place to curl up. In this space is an air-conditioning unit, and conveniently there is also a ground floor shower room, since the first floor is reached by external stairs.
The two spacious bedrooms upstairs benefit from air-conditioning units and offer versatile accommodation at Villa Dubrava. All the beds can be separated and used as single beds, or alternatively can be put together to create different sleeping options to suit your party. Bedroom one has two single beds, or one double. Bedroom two has three single beds, or a double & a single.
Villa Dubrava provides a comfortable & modern villa holiday base on the wonderful island of Brac, where the atmosphere of the ‘real’ Croatia can be soaked up, along with the sun!
A lovely Welcome Pack is provided on arrival - includes essentials such as butter, jam, cheese, toast bread, ham, milk, juice, and a selection of fresh fruits.
Beach/pool towels provided.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A refundable Security Damage Deposit of 300 Euros is required. This is taken upon arrival as a Credit Card Authorisation.
This will be released, upon the property being in good order, after check-out.
