This recently built Villa is set in a peaceful location within its own grounds, where white stone walls frame extensive grounds planted with native olive and carob trees.
Corte Moscata sits comfortably in its landscape by courtesy of the liberal use of pale stone walls, earth toned flooring and muted furnishings, brought to life by occasional pops of colour from artisan wall tiles.
Numerous sets of French doors make for seamless indoor/outdoor living, which is further enriched by a magnificent covered terrace. During high summer, this well thought out space will render the interior living space practically redundant and at this time, the extravagantly sized naturally filtered swimming pool will undoubtedly be the focus of the days activities.

Corte Moscata sits in the south-east of Sicily, just 4 kms from the small town of Rossellini and within the gorgeous Noto Valley . The renowned and beautiful baroque towns, such as Modica, Ragusa-Ibla, Scicli and noto are all readily accessible .
The beaches of Pozzallo, of the Vendicari nature reserve and Portopalo di Capo Passero are all within a short drive.

Corte Moscata is fantastic and was an ideal base for our family whilst in the East of Sicily. The property is beautiful and Roberto and his family went out of their way to make us feel welcome, comfortable and at home. Couldn't recommend it more highsee more

The house, garden and pool were all in immaculate condition. The owners were very welcoming and their kind gifts were incredibly touching

The owners (Robert and Antonella) welcomed us with great local food. They were very nice and accommodating in every way. Their house is beautiful and it was even better than the pictures. Perfect with children (large garden, tree house)! Off the beatsee more

Perfect with children (large garden, tree house)! Off the beaten track, great for relaxing and perfectly located for exploring the nearby Noto, Modica and Ragussa sights. Great pool, no nasty chlorine thanks to salt cleaning system. Would love to come back!
