A recently refurbished villa, Casa Madoria has an authentic Menorcan feel and is situated in a rural position near to Binixica. Around 5km away is the village of Sant Climent, well served with amenities, and just a little further, 10-15 minutes by car, are the south coast beaches such as Cala en Porter, Biniquer, Punta Prima and Binisafua

This typical Menorcan country house is bursting with atmosphere thanks to the tasteful interiors that marry local antiques with vibrant furnishings, and the beautiful outdoor space surrounding the villa.

The beautiful swimming pool will be one of the first things to catch your eye. Crystal-clear water and roman steps to one side, it has a lovely shaded terrace running along one side and is enclosed by a traditionally constructed wall to the other side. There is ample room for the comfortable sun loungers and outdoor dining furniture on the terrace, providing the perfect al fresco dining or relaxing space.

Another terrace sits directly in front of the house, here with a large pergola under which sits a stone table & benches, ideal for lunch on those hot days. There is so much choice at Casa Madoria as another spot for seating is found directly outside the doors into the villa. These can be opened wide to create a shaded porch area.

Inside, the details and quality of the furnishings & fittings sets Casa Madoria apart from many villas. The accommodation is set over two floors.

Downstairs, head down the long entrance hall and the open-plan living area greets you with thoughtfully laid out, comfortable and timeless furniture. A sofa & easy chairs nestle up to the simple yet striking fireplace. As well as being beautiful, the farmhouse styled fitted kitchen is very well equipped with an oven & hob, fridge-freezer, microwave & dishwasher. It also houses a large dining table & 8 chairs.

Three of the lovely, restful bedrooms can be found on the ground floor. One is a double and has an en-suite shower room, and then connected to the porch are a twin with en-suite shower room and a single room with en-suite cloakroom.

Traditional stairs lead to a further two bedrooms, one double and one twin, plus a shared shower room for these.
