Villa Aire enjoys commanding views of Son Bou beach from the spacious terraces and balcony. The comfortable, light & bright single-storey villa is located in a quiet area of Torre Soli Nou and provides plenty of space for up to 8 in versatile accommodation. Add in a sparkling private swimming pool on the large terrace below, private parking and amenities within easy striking distance, and it would be hard to find a better base in this area of Menorca.

The large living room is tastefully furnished and offers inviting and relaxing seating to one end and a dining area to the other. The large doors lead to the large covered dining terrace complete with built-in BBQ. The superb view of the sea means this is sure to become a favourite spot for morning coffee or al fresco dining.

Double doors from the terrace also open to the fully fitted kitchen, which adjoins the dining area. This is equipped with all you might need for your holiday catering, including oven & hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher, plus a small breakfast table & chairs.

Four air-conditioned bedrooms offer a choice of one double and 3 twin rooms, all restful and practical. The double bedroom has sea views and direct access to the terrace, as well as an en-suite bathroom that is adapted for the disabled. One of the twin rooms also has an en-suite bathroom, and a separate bathroom serves the remaining 2 bedrooms.

There is a short set of steps leading down to the beautifully maintained terrace and rectangular swimming pool with Roman entry steps. This is flanked by ample outdoor furniture and sun loungers, ideal for relaxing and soaking up the Mediterranean sunshine!
