Outside, privacy and relaxation are provided by the surrounding garden and multiple terraces, complete with olive trees and shaded areas, comfortable loungers with parasols and a choice of outside dining space. Take a refreshing dip in the pool and soak in the stunning panoramic views, before drying off in the sun and cooking up a delicious lunch on the barbecue!

The beautiful surroundings continue inside the villa. The living area has vast double-height glass walls and sliding doors to the terrace, maximising the views and flooding the interior with light.

A light & bright kitchen is sleek and very well-equipped, with the architectural open-tread staircase rising alongside it. There is a dedicated spacious dining area, with doors to the terrace, as well as al fresco dining options with tables & chairs on several terraces.

There are 4 very comfortable bedrooms to choose from, all with en-suite shower rooms, fitted wardrobes and restful decor. Balconies and terraces outside the bedrooms provide sunny spots to take in the views with a morning coffee.

Located on the north western coast of the Akrotiri peninsula, on a hill above the beautiful sandy beaches of Stavros and Tersanas, the villa is in very easy reach of a choice of good tavernas on the water’s edge and several mini-markets for supplies. Just 20 minutes from Chania, and with parking for up to several cars, it is an ideal villa for groups of friends wishing to base themselves together but enjoy the different activities of the region.

A security damage deposit of 1000 Euros is required. This is held on Credit Card payment with the balance payment and will be returned approx. 1 week after departure.
