A beautiful villa, traditionally constructed of stone, Villa Bonaca is located in the centre of the delightful Sumartin, on the east coast of Brac island. Villa Bonaca - meaning ‘tranquility’ - has all the ingredients for a memorable villa holiday in Croatia, sea views, a private swimming pool, comfortable accommodation and beaches, bars & restaurants all nearby.
Outside, the pool is sure to be the favourite spot for your party to relax and soak up the warm Croatian sun, whilst taking in the view of the nearby harbour with its bobbing boats. Mature trees and shrubs give an enclosed and private feeling, and plenty of sun loungers flank the poolside, offering a chance to luxuriate in between refreshing dips.
The terrace extends around to a covered al fresco dining spot with large table & chairs, and more of those fabulous harbour views. The lower part of the garden is lawned, with trees providing shady spots.
Inside Villa Bonaca is bright, modern and simple. A well-equipped, sleek kitchen adjoins the dining space, separated by a breakfast bar. There is also a sofa and TV in this living area, and the stairs to the opposite end rise to the first floor.
Upstairs are the three restfully decorated and simply furnished bedrooms. Two are double bedrooms, one being very spacious and with a small seating area, and the third is a twin bedroom. These bedrooms share a bathroom and a shower room, and the views from the upper floor are fantastic.
Sumartin is a traditional Croatian fisherman’s town, still with many daily landings of the local catch. Try some direct from the fishing boats or local fish markets, you won’t be disappointed!
Villa Bonaca is a great choice for a villa holiday on Brac, where you can be close to the amenities, activities and beaches, but enjoy the privacy and comfort that only a villa can provide.
