Just 200m from the nearest beach, and with an enclosed garden, beautiful private swimming pool and spacious comfortable accommodation, Villa Vjeka is perfect for a luxury villa holiday on Brac island.
Located in a residential area of traditional stone houses, there is ample private parking leading onto the terraces and the villa. The gorgeous, crystal clear swimming pool has safe access steps with a rail and is set in a lovely level terrace. Plenty of sunbeds surround the pool and make the most of the wonderful views, there is an outside shower, and the evening lighting creates a magical atmosphere - all making it hard to contemplate leaving the poolside for long!
Dining furniture on the terraces provides a choice of sunny or shady spots to enjoy morning coffee or to dine al fresco. The large covered terrace area also houses a built in BBQ/grill, ideal for simple outdoors cooking. Play equipment on the lawned area of garden will help keep younger children entertained. Loftier views can be soaked up from the balconies or roof terrace on the first floor of Villa Vjeka.
Villa Vjeka is well equipped for a family or friends and once inside the villa, there is warm and welcoming feel to the space, with traditional wooden furniture blending with modern touches.
The comfortable open-plan living space offers a large sofa with TV (limited channels/news only) & DVD player in the sitting area, a traditional fitted kitchen and a breakfast table, opening directly out to the terrace.
A choice of 4 bedrooms in the villa offer 3 with double beds and one with twin beds. One of the double rooms opens onto a balcony and offers an additional single sofa-bed, whilst another double room also has an additional single sofa-bed as well as an en-suite shower room that houses the washing machine. The remaining double room also opens onto a balcony, and there are a total of three bathrooms between the bedrooms.
With such a convenient location in the beautiful Sumartin, Villa Vjeka is a great luxury villa base in an authentic part of Croatia that offers stunning beaches, fabulous traditional Croatian food and a peaceful ambience. It is easy to take a boat trip to neighbouring islands and the Dalmatian coast, but Brac offers a wealth of activities and holiday memories without leaving its shores!
