Don Salvatore is a large and beautiful property, providing elegant and comfortable accommodation for up to 8 people in an enviable location. Enveloped in its own lush garden, with fruit trees and a stunning private pool, this is a villa for relaxing and soaking in the surroundings of south-east Sicily. The historic centre of Syracuse is under 5km in one direction, with soft sandy beaches and the pristine Plemmiro marine protected area in the other.
Having been recently renovated to retain traditional features and style, Don Salvatore has spacious living accommodation as well as the generous outdoor living space for dining, chilling and swimming. Star attraction is of course the 10 x 5 m swimming pool, set in a large terrace, and inviting guests to cool down any time of day. Plenty of loungers and an outside shower mean you don’t need to move very far!
The villa is all on one level, with large rooms, classic decor and all mod-cons. The large and light living room with dining area has plenty of comfortable seating, as well as formal dining, under the stunning high beamed ceiling. A well equipped kitchen ensures all catering needs are met, or make use of the BBQ for al fresco dining on the covered terrace.
Bedrooms offer options for a larger party of family or friends. There is a double suite, which boasts a dressing room and en-suite shower room. Two attractive double rooms are traditionally furnished, plus two lovely single bedrooms. These bedrooms share a choice of a well-appointed shower-room and a bathroom between them.
With the easy access to historic towns, powder-soft beaches and nature reserves, this is a fabulous choice of villa for a memorable holiday discovering Sicily.
Electricity: included up to 300 kWh per week - The extra consumption fee of € 0.40 per kWh is to be paid locally.
There is a security deposit of € 500, credit card hold, refunded 1 week after departure
