Over two floors, the living accommodation offers a very spacious living area divided into distinct areas as you move through the ground floor. A spacious sitting room with sleek sofas, striking artwork, and a breakfast table by the double doors out to the terrace & garden.
The super fitted kitchen ensures all catering needs are covered, and a breakfast bar means the chef can be sociable too! There is a dishwasher, washing machine & dryer, as well as the usual equipment to be expected, along with a barbecue outside for lunching al fresco on the furnished terrace.
A feature architectural staircase provides a grand backdrop to the formal dining table & chairs, seating up to 6 very comfortably. And for those blessed with the ability, a grand piano invites guests to serve up after-dinner entertainment for their friends!
The four beautiful double bedrooms all have en-suite private facilities, with the main bedroom including a bathtub as well as shower. A separate guest WC and a study completes the generous accommodation.
The Maddalena peninsula, and the surroundings of Villa Artemare, is considered one of the most beautiful stretches of the east coast of Sicily. Adjacent to the Noto Valley, it is also very near Mount Etna and Taormina as well as the nature reserves of Vendicari, Pantalica and Cassibile.

There are two separate ‘units’ as part of the overall villa, so if you are an extended family, or friends holidaying together, there is space for privacy as well as the fun of coming together in the pool, on one of the spacious terraces, or for a delicious feast cooked up in the outside kitchen. Inside, the tasteful classic decor, combined with all mod-cons such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Hi-Fi, plus washing machine & dishwasher, makes Villa del Mito an extremely comfortable holiday base.
