This lovely Villa is ensconced in exceptional and luxuriant gardens, where wonderful sea views are revealed between the many palm trees. A beautiful free form pool has been naturalised into the rocky landscaping overlooked by a loggia, perfect for outdoor, Mediterranean style holiday living. Villa Maddalena is laid out over 3 levels, with 2 en suite bedrooms in a newly converted annexe. It is just a short walk to the rocky coastline where bathing is in crystal clear waters.

Location
Twenty minutes or so drive south of Syracuse, Vila Maddalena sits In the heart of the Plemmirio marine reserve just a short walk to the coast, where the bathing from the lava rocks is in the clearest of water. Nearby is a fully equipped Lido, open June - September. It is an easy drive to the beautiful beaches of Fontane Bianche and Cala Mosche. This is an excellent base for visiting Syracuse, and the Baroque towns of Noto, Modica and Ragusa.

Your Villa will be prepared for you on arrival with fresh bath and hand towels and beds will be made up.

Bed linen - changed every 7 days.
House towels - changed twice every 7 days
Bedrooms and bathrooms weekly clean.

Parking - Covered Parking for 1 car and more park under trees on drive.

Extra things to note
There will be a local tourist tax of per person per night up to a maximum of 7 nights, payable locally at this property.
The amount will be confirmed upon booking but the maximum amount will be €5.00 per person/per night.
Electricity & Air-Con - 300 kwh per week is included in the price (reasonable consumption). Usage above 200 kwh per week, will be payable locally at 0.40€/kwh
There is a Security Deposit of 500 Euros
Tourist Tax - payable in cash on arrival
