This brand-new two-bedroom villa is eco-friendly, powered by photovoltaic panels that allow the home to run off the grid. Lovingly renovated over a couple of years by the owners, Manolis and Maria, the result is superb. The property features a generous outdoor area with a welcoming pool, a table tennis setup, a covered BBQ zone with sink and expansive views from the olive-grove valley down to the sea.

Location - Pigi, Crete
Villa Pigi combines modern living in a rustic village setting as it sits among a few other houses in the small hamlet of Pigi. In the evenings, you can see the twinkling lights of Tavronitis, the seaside village about 10 km away. The valley occasionally hosts wild peacocks, whose calls add a natural charm. The nearest village, Voukoulies, is a 10-minute downhill drive and offers a bakery, two mini markets, and a couple of cafeneons where locals tend to watch the world go by. The fire-to-table taverna Frosini's Garden and the Charma Beer brewery are just a short drive away. It’s the ideal base for exploring western Crete and returning to a comfortable, contemporary villa.

Swimming Pool - 4m x 8m tiled (depths 1.30m x 1.42m)with step entry and separate children’s pool with depth 0.36m.

Poolside Terrace - Sun beds with cushions, parasols, outdoor shower and table tennis at rear, dining table and chairs with umbrella. Sea and valley views.
Covered BBQ area- Dining table with chairs, charcoal BBQ with bench and sink.

Inside Villa Pigi - Ground floor
Open Plan Living/ Kitchen area - L shaped sofa with coffee table, two comfy chairs, Smart 65” TV , wood burning energy efficient fireplace (firewood payable locally) plus Starlink wifi. Dining table with chairs. Air Con system using PV heat pump.

Kitchen area - Double sink, dishwasher, 4 ring ceramic hob and electric oven, microwave, Nespresso, filter coffee machine and fridge freezer. Window with distant sea view and side door to pool terrace.

One step up to bedrooms/shower area:
Double bedroom - Double bed (1.60m x 2.00m), fitted wardrobe, 42” Smart TV, dressing table with mirror. French doors to the pool terrace and window facing rear table tennis area. Air Con unit.

Twin bedroom - Two twin beds (0.90m x 1.90m) fitted wardrobes, 42” Smart TV, dressing table with mirror. Window facing rear table tennis area. Air Con unit.

Shower room- Rain shower with glass partition, wash basin with mirror and W.C.
Hall - Washing machine & dryer using heat pump.

Housekeeping
Your Villa will be prepared for you on arrival with fresh bath and hand towels and all beds made up.
For stays of 7 nights or more - house towels will be changed every 3 - 4 days.
For stays of 14 nights or more - bed linen will be changed every 7 days.
Pool/beach towels - one per person for the duration of your stay.
Parking - Just outside the grounds of the villa at the front of the villa.
