Locations don’t come much better than this! Villa Ariel is right on the soft sandy beach, separated only by its own well-kept lawn and lush garden with an Instagrammable beachside gate! Sleeping up to 8 people, the characterful village of Donnalucata, with restaurants and shops, is just 3km away. And when it comes to exploring, this is a great area, having the baroque gems of Scicli, Ragusa, Modica and Noto within easy reach.
This welcoming and spacious villa is arranged over two floors and provides ideal holiday accommodation for two families or groups of friends, having shared outside spaces but separate accommodation.
On the ground floor the apartment has an open plan living-dining room, with table & chairs alongside a sofa and TV. The kitchen is well equipped and is open to the living room, and there is access to the covered dining terrace which offers garden and sea views.
There are two well-furnished double bedrooms and a spacious bathroom on the ground floor.
An external spiral staircase from the terrace leads up to the first floor accommodation. Here there are two further bedrooms, a double and a twin, another large bathroom with walk-in shower, and an open-plan kitchen-dining room.
This room has sliding glass doors to the large balcony-terrace, which makes the most of the stunning beach and sea views from Villa Ariel.
Villa Ariel is tastefully furnished, ideally located and affords the best of both worlds, with privacy as well as holidaying together. Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, dishwasher, 2 washing machines, 2 TV’s & espresso maker make for a comfortable stay.
Electricity: included up to 200 kWh per week - The extra consumption fee of € 0.50 per kWh is to be paid locally.
There is a security deposit of € 300
