This whitewashed villa has a neat lawned garden that stretches down onto the soft sandy beach, around 3km from Donnalucata. The 3 apartments here offer a definite ‘holiday feel’ - not surprising when you can step through your garden gate and enjoy relaxing on the beach & in the clear blue sea!
One of 2 apartments on the ground floor, Sirena has lovely spacious part-covered, part open terrace, opening off the living room and boasting fabulous garden and sea views. Relaxing outside is taken care of with comfy, chill-out seating - ideal for morning coffee or catching up with a book. A dining terrace can be found to the other side of the apartment, opening to the kitchen side of the living room and having more shade.
Inside, Sirena provides a restful holiday home with bright & uncluttered spaces. Accommodating up to 6 guests, the open-plan living space includes a comfortable sofa & TV, dining table & chairs, and the spacious kitchen area with plenty of workspace and all the equipment to make holiday catering possible.
With three double bedrooms and two shower rooms, Sirena is ideal for groups or friends or a family. Comfort has not been spared, and guests will find Wi-FI, air-con, TV, espresso maker, dishwasher and a washing machine.
The beautiful baroque towns of Scicli, Modica, Ragusa, Noto and more, are easily reached when exploring the local area pulls guests away from the beach life.
These apartments would be ideal to rent together for a larger family holiday.
