From the private parking area a path leads around the rear of the villa, emerging onto a terrace that wraps around to the front of Villa Helena, giving the first glimpse of the stunning views. The terrace extends along the front of the villa and provides a shady spot for al fresco dining at the impressive stone table. A large outdoor BBQ means long lunches by the poolside are a must, and there is even a beautiful canopied double lounger, inviting for a long afternoon nap!

The swimming pool is equally inviting - crystal clear, with ladder entry steps and a surrounding terrace housing plenty of sunbeds and an outdoor shower. This is sure to become the favourite place for your party to gather and soak up the Croatian sun.

Opening onto both terraces,the open-plan living space inside offers an airy and calm room in which to relax. To one end, a comfortable sofa, TV (limited channels/news only) & DVD player in the bright and simple sitting area, with a large dining table & chairs in the centre of this beautifully furnished room. The well equipped, modern & compact kitchen to the other end has a dishwasher as well as oven & hob, fridge-freezer and more.

Three generously sized, restfully decorated bedrooms all have the benefit of bathrooms en-suite. One double room with a traditional wooden bed has a g
ood sized en-suite shower room. The second double with an iron bed and double doors to the balcony, has a full ensuite with bath tub. Pretty and simple, the twin bedded room also has a large en-suite shower room.
