From its elevated position, the stunning Villa Thyrsus boasts breathtaking, panoramic views of the sparkling sea and the surrounding mountains. Luxurious and large, the villa offers five en-suite bedrooms and opulent surroundings for up to 10 guests across the villa’s 3 floors.

Outside, the extensive outdoor living terraces mean that guests are spoilt for choice and can always choose that perfect spot, whether seeking a refreshing dip, a quiet catch up on holiday reading, or time for a lazy lunch.
There are two swimming pools, a jacuzzi, a sunken fire-pit surrounded with chill-out seating - all straight from the pages of a glossy magazine! The large terrace is shaded and provides comfortable seating as well as outdoor dining area with built-in BBQ.

Bedrooms provide a relaxing haven, having ultra-comfortable beds, fitted wardrobes and with their own balconies or opening directly to the terraces. All benefit from beautiful en-suite bathrooms, making Villa Thyrsus a perfect choice for friends or extended family holidays.

Relax in the evenings in the cinema room, equipped with a 65inch Smart TV, or Playstation if you prefer! Or kick back in the living room to chat about plans for the days ahead.

The large open-plan kitchen is well-equipped and fully integrated, leading to the outside seating and dining area, making sociable al fresco meal times a mainstay of your holiday.

Located on the edge of Kokkino Chorio, or “Red Village’, there are several small shops and a taverna in the village, as well as the interesting glass-blowing factory on the outskirts, well worth a visit to watch them at work. Nearby, the village of Plaka has a good choice of tavernas, shops and mini-market, and there are a number of beaches in easy distance, including Almyrida’s sandy sweep and selection of eateries, shops and souvenirs. At just 20 minutes from Chania, and with parking for up to seven cars, it is an ideal villa for groups of friends wishing to base themselves together but enjoy the different activities of the region.

Air-conditioning and Wi-Fi are throughout the villa, and if required the pools can be heated at an additional charge.

A security damage deposit of 1000 Euros is required. This is held on Credit Card payment with the balance payment and will be returned approx. 1 week after departure.
Optional Pool Heating - 100€ per day - please request if required.
