Description
Peace and tranquillity abound at Magraner Catalina, located in the beautiful fertile plain midway between the quaint old town of Pollensa and the beaches of Puerto Pollensa, both of which are just 3.5km away. The Serra de Tramuntana provide the scenic backdrop, and the wonderful views from Magraner Catalina take in the mountainside monastery of Puig de Maria.
This is a traditional, stone-clad villa, with well-kept gardens & terrace, a private swimming pool and uncluttered living accommodation for up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. There are a handful of private villas along the track, yet Magraner Catalina is private.
The large rectangular pool offers the perfect spot to spend hot days and enjoy frequent cooling dips. Surrounded by a neat lawn and spacious terrace, there are sunbeds to relax on, a large terrace, and a lovely covered verandah when only some shade will do! There is also the convenience of a shower room & WC outside, and a brick-built BBQ on the poolside terrace tempts visitors to enjoy al fresco dining day after day.
All on one storey, a traditional but pared-back look in the villa provides a restful space for guests’ home-from-home. The open plan living-dining room is a sociable and comfortable space, with large sofa, TV, ceiling fan, tradtional fireplace and ample seating for indoor dining or games at the dining table. Doors open onto the terrace outside, giving easy access to the covered dining area and swimming pool.
The fitted kitchen is equipped with everything needed to make your stay comfortable, as well as a small breakfast table to enjoy a quick break from catering duties. A dishwasher is provided, as well as a washing machine and Wi-Fi internet in the villa.
Bedrooms have air conditioning and offer a choice of two twin bedded rooms and a double room, all three are bright and simple. A separate full bathroom is shared between these.
