However secluded and private this lovely villa feels, the benefit of Villa Llop is that the vibrant shops, restaurants, and galleries of Pollenca Old Town are a very short drive away, or you could perhaps take a pleasant bike ride for a change of pace.
Fruit trees line the sweeping drive which leads to the ample parking. The property itself is set over two further levels, whilst steps from the parking area lead to the annex and a garden. The combination of the house and annex offers well laid out accommodation, and this flexibility and space makes Villa Llop ideal for friends or families holidaying together.
The annex provides two areas of accommodation, joined by an interconnecting door which can be opened between the two halves, or locked for privacy if preferred. The first section houses a restful twin bedroom with en suite walk-in shower room. From here, two steps take you to the well furnished living area consisting of lounge, dining and kitchen areas. Here you will find an oven & hob and a fridge-freezer. The second portion of the annex has a double bedroom with a separate shower room. Alongside this, there is a comfortably furnished living-dining space.
Further steps lead from this level up to the main house of Villa Llop. You will enter into a welcoming and spacious living-dining area with it’s splendid views of the surrounding countryside in all directions. Simply and tastefully furnished, this provides a lovely area for your party to dine and relax, and has direct access to the furnished terrace. A sliding door can separate off the large, modern and well-equipped kitchen, which has a breakfast bar and large doors opening to the terrace and poolside area. You will find yourselves well-catered for with a built-in oven & hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine to make light of any holiday chores. If you prefer an al fresco supper, there is also a built in BBQ on the terrace.
Both of the bedrooms - one double and one twin - are generously sized, and the large bathroom has a sunken bath and separate walk-in shower.
The cobbled terrace outside the living rooms adjoins the raised-level swimming pool, which has ladder entry steps. The views through the olive trees take in the beautiful rural setting of Villa Llop. Another star feature is the lovely sauna that can be found close to the pool, and there is even a table tennis table for some friendly holiday matches!

With stunning mountain and rural views all around, this appealing Villa is set in an extensive garden of approximately 4,000 sq m (1 acre) of lawns, grassy banks, rockeries and palms. At its heart is a larger than average swimming pool with roman step entry and a small BBQ casita with a sink and worktops.
Notable for its space and extensive garden, this Villa is an excellent choice for large families or two smaller ones and particularly so for families with young children, as the pool and garden is gated from the very spacious terrace.
Location
Just a few meters from the first tee and 700m from the clubhouse of the Pollensa Golf Course, Villa Hosta should be on the shortlist for Golfers. Those who have never swung a club at a small ball, may have more interest in the clubhouse restaurant, open to all and with a good menu within walking distance.
Beautiful Pollensa Old Town is a convenient 3kms distance with its vibrant Sunday market and excellent choice of eating places and shops.
