First impressions of the villa are the imposing thick stone walls and traditional roof tiles, stone paving, and large Mallorcan wooden doors into the large entrance hall.
Leading off the hallway, the comfortable living room offers cosy seating around a charming fireplace, complete with traditional stone bench. There is also a flat screen satellite TV (channels may be limited). A large dining table sits squarely in the lovely stone-walled & beamed space adjoining the living room, kitchen and outside access.
Guests will find a fully equipped kitchen and separate utility room to the rear of the property, with a dishwasher, oven & hob, microwave and walk-in pantry, plus washing machine. The fantastic outdoor cooking area immediately outside the kitchen boasts a large, built-in BBQ and charcoal oven, sink & prep area. There is plenty of choice for outdoor dining in sun or shade.
Bedrooms are all air-conditioned (on a timer), and consist of two double rooms and two twin rooms. One of these, with garden & pool view and having an adjacent shower room, can be found on the ground floor.
The beautiful staircase takes guests to the galleried landing and further three bedrooms. The large twin room has an en-suite bathroom along with a private sun terrace to enjoy a quiet morning coffee or hide away with a book. The remaining two bedrooms share a separate bath/shower room and open onto another sun terrace.
Just a few minutes drive away, the charming old town of Pollensa is a beautiful Mallorcan town of cobbled streets and authentic tapas bars. The beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollenca are just a little further away at 8.5km.

Villa Assumpcio enjoys some spectacular mountain scenery as the backdrop to its setting in beautiful mature and lush gardens. This traditional stone villa is attractive and has a private position, although there are a handful of other villas along the same residential cul-de-sac location. Just 2kms away, all the charms of the authentic old town of Pollensa are waiting to be explored, with cobbled streets, boutiques, tapas bars and historic buildings. Guests will enjoy relaxing and soaking up the sun on the lawn, terrace and in the fabulous 8 x 4m pool. After a refreshing dip, the spacious covered verandah provides welcome shade and the ideal spot for a long lunch as well as sheer relaxation. There is an outdoor kitchen, making this a pleasurable and sociable way to feed the family! Traditionally built and welcoming, inside the villa boasts beamed ceilings, terracotta floors and authentic pieces and furnishings. The main living area is an open plan dining and sitting room, cosy with its large corner fireplace, comfy sofa and TV to one end. Centrally positioned is a large dining table & chairs with plenty of room for 8 people.
